Powell wants more of the same on Monday

SIL boss Craig Powell has demanded his team prove that last weeks win was not a fluke by getting 3 more points against the other relegated team, Woodwards FC on Monday night.
Their opponents lost 3-0 to the Star Inn last week so the boys are more than in with a chance.

Steve and Jamie Steptoe bagged a brace each and Gary Hudson got another to see off a spirited fightback from Botley. They twice got within one goal but each time they did, the reds went up the other end and scored. The one touch passing for the first goal from Steve, Gary, Elliott (which we never hear the end of!) and finished off by Jamie, was one the best team goals yet and can be seen below.

If the boys come away with a win on Monday, they will a great chance for promotion again this season. Come on the lads!
